As a devoted fan with a heart full of admiration for Tovino Thomas, I eagerly await the release of his upcoming masterpiece, Ajayante Randam Moshanam (ARM). However, what has truly piqued my interest is the tantalizing prospect of a sequel to Thallumaala.
Tovino Thomas eagerly looks forward to the premiere of his highly-expected film titled ARM (Ajayante Randam Moshanam), set for release on September 12, 2024. In a recent chat with TopMob, the actor was inquired about a possible follow-up to his 2022 hit movie Thallumaala.
In response, the actor stated, “We’re considering Thallumaala 2 as well. You see, we began planning Thallumaala around 2016 or 2017, and it was finally released in 2022. We don’t want to rush it out and release an unfinished film, or start shooting without a finalized script or a flawless one.”
“The actor mentioned that we’ll need some time before deciding on the second part. What’s crucial for him in this second installment is to avoid tarnishing the reputation of the first film. He emphasized that it should be at least 10 times better than the original, aiming for a significant improvement. The potential for a sequel is under consideration, and they’re considering it alongside other scripts as well.”

If you’re not already aware, Thallumaala is a 2022 hit action-comedy film that was directed by Khalid Rahman. In the leading role is Tovino Thomas, while Muhsin Parari and Ashraf Hamza are credited for the screenplay. The story revolves around characters named Wazim, Jamshi, Vikas, Sathaar, and Rajesh.
In the narrative I’m about to share, I’ll guide you through the tumultuous life of Wazmi, a character whose story is marked by unexpected twists and turns, largely stemming from the numerous altercations he and his companions found themselves embroiled in.
