However, it appears that this highly anticipated film is set to collide with another much-awaited project, Kanguva by Suriya, on the same day. Recently, there had been talk that due to conflicts with Vettaiyan at the box office, the producers of Suriya’s Kanguva were considering pushing back their release date. Instead of October 10, 2024, they were said to be exploring a new release date on October 31, 2024, which coincides with Diwali. Nevertheless, no official announcement regarding this change has been made by the producers as of yet.

On August 19th, 2024, my heart skipped a beat when Lyca Productions, the masterminds behind it all, unveiled the release date for Vettaiyan in an electrifying new poster. And there he was, Thalaiva himself, ready to take center stage. The date they chose? October 10th. But that wasn’t just any date; it marked a head-on collision with Kanguva. As an obsessed fan, I could hardly contain my excitement!

Moving on to the movie discussion, aside from Rajinikanth, Vettaiyan features several well-known actors across India’s film industry. These talented individuals are certain to draw viewers in immediately.
