As a long-time Marvel enthusiast and avid gamer who has spent countless hours immersed in the rich tapestry of the MCU, I can’t help but feel a tinge of disappointment at the possible cancellation of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. The show, despite its mixed reception, offered a unique blend of humor, action, and legal drama that was both refreshing and engaging.
The television show titled “Marvel’s She-Hulk: Attorney at Law” centers around the life of Jennifer Walters, who is both a lawyer and a superpowered Hulk. Since the series concluded in 2022, fans have been speculating if another season might be on the horizon. The question remains, will there be a Season 2 for She-Hulk or has it been canceled?
Here is everything you need to know about the series and a potential second season.
Is Marvel’s She-Hulk: Attorney at Law canceled or renewed for Season 2?
From my gaming perspective, it seems the fate of this show remains undecided – neither has it been axed nor given a new life through renewal. However, judging by current events, it looks like we might not be seeing another season unfold anytime soon.
The popular series Marvel’s She-Hulk: Attorney at Law wrapped up on October 13, 2022, after airing a total of nine episodes. To this day, there hasn’t been any word from the creators about renewing the show, leaving its future uncertain for quite some time. It has now been nearly two years since the final episode of Season 1 was broadcasted, and it appears that a second season may not materialize.
Why She-Hulk Season 2 may not happen
It’s possible that a second season for She-Hulk: Attorney at Law might not be produced, as there are several factors at play, such as the response from viewers being less than ideal during the debut season.
1. The television series didn’t get a lot of positive feedback from audiences and has an IMDb rating of 5.2 out of 10. At the moment, its audience rating on Rotten Tomatoes is only 32%. Additionally, Marvel has been less active in producing Disney Plus shows, with multiple projects currently under development.
Just the other day, I hopped onto Twitch for a chat on Codenames LIVE! – The New Class, and our beloved star Tatiana Maslany dropped some insightful words about why Orphan Black might not be coming back. She shared her thoughts openly during the stream.

There’s a potential for the character of She-Hulk to show up in crossover episodes featuring the Avengers within the MCU, as suggested by recent conversations with Comicbook. Wendy Jacobson, one of the producers, has hinted at how Jennifer Walters’ story might unfold further in this universe.
He expressed, “If we continue with more She-Hulk, here’s what appeals to me about this character: it’s enjoying her everyday life. I have two preferences for her storyline – either keep it very down-to-earth in Los Angeles, or take her on adventures across the multiverse or universe.”
It appears that audiences might react favorably if they see the character delved into more in potential crossovers with other Marvel Cinematic Universe stars. However, we can’t predict for sure how She-Hulk’s storyline will unfold in the future of the cinematic universe.
