As a seasoned gamer and avid anime enthusiast with a soft spot for One Piece, I must say that the latest casting news for Season 2 has sent my excitement levels soaring! With the addition of TV veterans like Katey Sagal and Mark Harelik to the cast, it’s clear that Netflix is pulling out all the stops to ensure this adaptation lives up to its hype.

In the second season of “One Piece,” two new actors, Katey Sagal and Mark Harelik, have joined the cast to portray significant characters – Dr. Kureha and Dr. Hiriluk, respectively. This information was revealed by Netflix.

On Drum Island, Dr. Kureha serves as both a doctor and the leader of Isshi-100. She’s an ally to the Straw Hat crew. Conversely, Dr. Hiriluk was once a thief but has since turned his skills towards healing on Drum Island.

Katey Sagal is a well-established TV actress who gained fame from her leading roles on Married… with Children, 8 Simple Rules, and Sons of Anarchy. Since the debut of Futurama in 1999, she has been lending her voice to the character Leela.

Recently, Harelik completed a guest appearance as Liam Reynolds in Presumed Innocent. Notably, Harelik has also been featured in projects such as Battle of the Sexes, Trumbo, and Preacher.
