As a seasoned gamer with a soft spot for heartwarming adventures, I must admit that the Koira trailer has caught my attention. With my past experiences of delving into the enchanting worlds of Life Is Strange by Don’t Nod, I find myself eager to embark on another journey with this talented team. The addition of a forest spirit and her adorable puppy friend only adds to the allure.
At the current Gamescom gathering, teams from Don’t Nod and Studio Tolima unveiled a debut trailer for their upcoming adventure game titled “Koira”, slated for launch next year.
The Koira trailer provides a sneak peek into the game’s offerings and chronicles the adventure of a woodland spirit accompanied by her new canine companion. Together, they traverse enigmatic territories, aiming to penetrate the core of a magical forest. Throughout their voyage, players will encounter puzzles, engage with various creatures, and must be cautious of hunters and other potential perils.
When does Koira come out?
Excitedly counting down the days until April 17, 2025! That’s when I’ll finally get my hands on Koira, a game that will be playable on both my PlayStation 5 and PC. To build up the anticipation even more, they’ve already dropped a demo of the game on Steam, which I’ve been enjoying alongside the thrilling trailer they released. Can’t wait to immerse myself further in this gaming world!

Studio Don’t Nod, located in Brussels, gained fame through its 2015 release Life Is Strange and its sequel that followed in 2018. Coming next from this company is Koira, scheduled for 2022, along with Gerda: A Flame in Winter which was also announced for release that year. Koira represents the first game to be published by Studio Tolima, their debut production.
