When does Concord come out?
On August 23rd, the release time for Concord is scheduled as follows: 10AM Pacific Time (PT), 1PM Eastern Time (ET), and 6PM British Summer Time (BST). This information was provided in a blog post on the official PlayStation Blog.
For both PS5 and PC users, the specified hours of availability apply. On a computer, you can opt to play the game via Steam or the Epic Games Store. Unfortunately, PS5 gamers must have an active PlayStation Plus membership to access the game since it doesn’t support offline play.

How to play early access
Before the official release on August 23rd for the Standard Edition, early access was granted starting from August 20th, which is available for both PlayStation 5 and PC users.
To start playing the game ahead of its official release, you should go ahead and pre-order the Deluxe version. Please note that by doing so, you won’t be getting a full 72-hours of early access, but you will still have the opportunity to play the game before it becomes available to everyone else. Additionally, you’ll also receive some extra perks as part of the Deluxe edition.
