In a recent chat, Green affirmed that enthusiasts should anticipate a slight delay before the next chapter of Blue Eye Samurai arrives, hinting at a projected 2026 revival for this critically acclaimed series. At present, Season 1 is on the Emmy nomination list in two categories: Outstanding Animated Program and Outstanding Sound Editing for a Comedy or Drama Series (Half-Hour) and Animation.
