As a die-hard Marvel fan who has been following Daredevil since his debut, I am beyond excited for the upcoming series, “Daredevil: Born Again.” Vincent D’Onofrio’s tease about the show going further than its Netflix predecessor in terms of violence has me on the edge of my seat.
In Disney+, you can stream “Daredevil: Born Again,” and its star Vincent D’Onofrio opines that the series surpasses its Netflix precursor in the intensity of its violence.
To Rotten Tomatoes, D’Onofrio was queried if the upcoming series “Born Again” would be as brutal as the original program. D’Onofrio responded by stating that certain aspects will push boundaries beyond what was depicted on Netflix, and he pointed out a specific scene involving him that left him astonished it made it through.
According to D’Onofrio, this new version of the show delves deeper into certain aspects than the original did. There’s a specific action performed by his character that he finds hard to believe was included in the final edit.

In 2021, both Charlie Cox and Vincent D’Onofrio made their first appearances within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Kingpin showed up in the Hawkeye series, while Matt Murdock/Daredevil had a brief role in Spider-Man: No Way Home. Later in 2022, Charlie Cox appeared in two episodes of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, displaying a more humorous side of the superhero. Most recently, they have been seen together in the miniseries “Echo,” led by Alaqua Cox.
