As an ardent fan, I am consistently amazed by the inspiring journey of Chiranjeevi, who has not only dominated the Indian film industry for over four decades but also transformed struggles into success stories. The humble beginnings he described as a junior artist, where he was shouted at and felt humiliated, were the very experiences that fueled his determination to rise above and become a superstar. It’s a testament to his resilience, ambition, and unwavering spirit.
For over four decades, Chiranjeevi has been a significant figure in the film industry, earning the Padma Bhushan for his impressive work. He’s given Indian cinema numerous blockbuster movies. Yet, his journey wasn’t always smooth sailing; he too faced challenges during the early stages of his acting career.
Previously, when Chiranjeevi was a junior artist on movie sets, he remembered feeling embarrassed. This year, during a gathering, he opened up about instances where he was scolded on set, which only intensified his resolve to achieve success.
Chiranjeevi shared, “I collaborated with well-known actors such as Jagayya and Sarada, along with many budding artists. One day on set, someone asked me, ‘Don’t you think you’re a superstar?’ after yelling at me. I was embarrassed by the treatment and felt it wasn’t right. Yet, that moment served as my motivation to strive for stardom. I channeled the experience into driving my ambition. It’s my own journey and effort that led me to where I am today.”
Furthermore, Vijay Deverakonda, who was in attendance, received praise from Mugguru Monagallu for his tenacity. Additionally, they encouraged him to preserve his unique demeanor.
Talking more about his story, Chiranjeevi shared that an unexpected meeting paved the way for his debut in the movie world. At first, he was unsure, but eventually, he took up the offer and climbed the ladder of success by working on numerous film projects over time.
Right now, Chiranjeevi is preparing for his upcoming movie titled Vishwambhara. This film, helmed by director Vassishta, falls into the socio-fantasy genre and represents Chiranjeevi’s 156th project. Apart from Chiranjeevi, who starred in Bhola Shankar, several other talented actors like Trisha Krishnan, Surbhi, Harsha Vardhan, Vennela Kishore, Praveen, and Isha Chawla will play significant roles in the film.
Renowned musician M.M. Keeravani will be responsible for the music, while Chota K. Naidu oversees the cinematography. This movie is being produced by Vamsi Krishna Reddy and Vikram Reddy under the UV Creations label.
Assuming all goes smoothly, Vishwambhara is set to premiere in cinemas on January 10, 2025, in five languages: Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, and Malayalam.
