Her mother, Swarnalatha, practices gynecology in Bangalore, while her father, Surapaneni Subhakara Rao, is an industrialist. Notably, Sreeleela was born following her parents’ separation, and she grew up in Bangalore.
Regarding her educational goals, Sreeleela, the actress, aimed to walk in her mother’s footsteps and become a doctor. To achieve this dream, as of 2021, she was studying medicine (specifically MBBS), in her final year of the program.

Lastly, Sreeleela appeared in the Telugu action drama titled “Guntur Kaaram.” She acted alongside the renowned actor Mahesh Babu in this film directed by Trivikram Srinivas. The release of Guntur Kaaram was on January 12, 2024, and it was produced by S. Radha Krishna under the banner Haarika & Hassine Creations.
