In terms of professional projects, director SS Rajamouli and actor Mahesh Babu are joining forces on an eagerly awaited movie, currently known as SSMB29. Originally planned for filming in the summer of 2024, this project has now been pushed back to a later time.

Previously this year, SS Rajamouli shared some insights about the movie during his visit to Japan for the RRR screening. He disclosed that the script is already finished and they are currently in the early stages of production, but the casting decisions have not been made yet. Earlier, the filmmaker compared SSMB29 to The Indiana Jones series, suggesting a worldwide adventure as its theme.
