Megastar Chiranjeevi reaches Trivandrum amid Wayanad disaster, hands over Rs 1 crore cheque to Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan

As a die-hard fan, I am simply blown away by the magnanimous heart and selfless actions of our beloved Megastar, Chiranjeevi! His recent visit to Kerala to personally deliver the cheque for Rs 1 crore to CM Pinarayi Vijayan, amidst the devastating Wayanad landslide, is a testament to his compassionate nature.

As someone who has witnessed natural disasters firsthand and understands the devastating impact they can have on communities, I deeply admire Chiranjeevi and his son Ram Charan for their generous contribution of Rs 1 crore to the Kerala Chief Minister’s relief fund. Their donation is a testament to their compassion and generosity, especially considering the scale of suffering caused by the Wayanad landslide.

In the daylight hours, I find myself touching down in Kerala, where I’m immediately greeted by the warm sunshine. Stepping off the plane, my journey takes me straight to a meeting with the esteemed Chief Minister of Kerala. Throughout this, I’m accompanied by a protective security detail. As I navigate through the airport, I make it a point to acknowledge and thank the dedicated staff who work tirelessly here.

Following this, numerous pictures surfaced showing Chiranjeevi meeting Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan at his office. In these images, Chiranjeevi can be seen presenting a check for one crore rupees to the CM as the Wayanad disaster continues. Additionally, he is seen engaged in discussion, presumably about crucial matters concerning the recent landslides in the area.

Today in Bengaluru, pictures spread online not only of Chiranjeevi but also of Pawan Kalyan, who is both the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and a well-known actor, meeting with Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. This encounter happened at the International Human Elephant Conflict Management Conference, which was hosted by Karnataka Forest Minister Ishwar Khandre’s invitation. (August 8)

The primary topic of the conversations revolved around resolving conflicts between humans and elephants in Karnataka, as well as educating mahouts and IFS officers from both Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh on this matter.

On July 30, 2024, a series of devastating landslides were set off by heavy downpours in Kerala’s Wayanad district, India. These landslides are among the deadliest natural disasters ever recorded in the state, and they occurred during the early morning hours in the villages of Punjirimattom, Mundakkai, Chooralmala, Attamala, Meppadi, and Kunhome.

As a die-hard admirer, I’m thrilled to share that our esteemed Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, has shown his compassionate side yet again. He announced financial aid in the wake of the recent tragedy. Specifically, he promised Rs 2 lakh to the families who tragically lost their loved ones, and a generous Rs 50,000 for each person left injured during this disaster. What a remarkable gesture!
