In 2014, Archie Madekwe debuted on TV with a guest role in an episode of the BBC’s medical show, Casualty. Then, in 2016, he appeared as Luca in two episodes of Channel 4’s comedy-drama series Fresh Meat.

Additionally, he provided his voice for the character Sedgwick in the award-winning “Ice” episode of the animated collection series Love, Death & Robots on Netflix. Furthermore, he appeared in Neill Blomkamp’s movie Gran Turismo, which is inspired by true events.
2021 saw him appearing in the movie Voyagers along with Colin Farrell and Lily-Rose Depp, as well as lending his voice to Sedgwick in the acclaimed “Ice” segment of Netflix’s animated series Love, Death & Robots. Furthermore, Madekwe starred as the main character in Gran Turismo, a sports film directed by Neill Blomkamp and based on real-life incidents.
In 2023, you’ll find him appearing in the Netflix movie “Heart of Stone” and “Saltburn,” directed by Emerald Fennell.
