Additionally, he played a significant role in the well-received 2023 Korean film The Childe.

In this narrative, titled “The Tyrant,” the plot revolves around an extremely perilous clandestine operation known as “The Tyrant Program.” Set in Korea, this covert project is dedicated to creating a bioweapon capable of enhancing human capabilities. Throughout the storyline, the final specimen of the program mysteriously disappears during its transfer. Consequently, characters from various factions scramble to recover the last remnant of the project.

Furthermore, the storyline revolves around Choi Gook-Jang, who covertly manages a perilous project within a government agency, aiming to acquire the bioweapon with success. Simultaneously, the drama unfolds around Paul, an agent from a foreign intelligence agency, who is assigned to obtain this dangerous biological weapon.

In the show “The Tyrant,” Kim Seon-Ho takes on the significant role of Choi Gook-Jang, also known as Director Choi. This character is the youngest director ever in South Korea’s national intelligence agency and has secretly been managing a covert operation called The Tyrant Project off the books. Alongside him, Cha Seung-Won will portray the character of Lim Sang, a former agent turned assassin who has been assigned to take out anyone linked to The Tyrant Project.

Simultaneously, the principal characters encompass Jo Yoon-Soo. She takes on the character of Chae Ja-Kyung, a tenacious technician determined to seize The Tyrant Project’s final specimen. In this Korean drama, Kim Kang-Woo portrays Paul, a character who attempts to destroy The Tyrant Project’s last sample.

In addition to the main characters, the K-drama features Mu Jin-Sung portraying Yoon Mo-Yong, Lee Ki-Young as the First Vice Director, Kim Joo-Hun playing Director Sa, and Justin John Harvey in the role of Crocodile 1.
