On Monday, August 5th, 2024, my friends Shun and Dai from The Boyfriend show shared a heartfelt post on Instagram, announcing they’d become a couple. I’ve been rooting for them and was thrilled to see their update! Swarming the comments section, we fans couldn’t help but shower them with congratulations. What a fantastic turn of events!
In the image, it’s clear that Shun and Dai are happily smiling while glancing at a table, implying that their bond remains unbroken. Following the wrap of The Boyfriend TV show, cast members and hosts reunited for a live YouTube session. During this gathering, they shared insights about their experiences and personal developments. When inquired about their relationship status, Dai and Shun intertwined their fingers, signaling that they were still an item.
It was later disclosed that the pair had been cohabiting since the cast members’ gathering in October 2023. In fact, Shun discussed staying with Dai’s parents for three months and socializing with Dai’s friends.
