Elden Ring Lawsuit: Player Wants To Sue FromSoftware Because The Game Is Too Hard

As someone who has spent countless hours delving into the intricate worlds of FromSoftware games, I find this situation quite fascinating. On one hand, I can understand the frustration of missing out on potential content, especially when it seems deliberately hidden. However, on the other hand, I have always believed that the joy of these games lies in exploration and overcoming challenges.

Since the release of the DLC, everyone can’t stop discussing Elden Ring. Even debates about the game’s challenging nature have led to an emergency update, softening the difficulty level on the DLC.

A fresh contestant has emerged, this time as a 4chan user who alleges that he intends to take legal action against FromSoftware, accusing them of concealing content by creating barriers that are excessively challenging to surmount.

“We Have Only Played Half Of FromSoftware’s Games”

Apparently, an individual from 4chan is contemplating legal action against FromSoftware. He’s unhappy with the company and their games because he believes there’s a different “universe” or “experience” to be found elsewhere.

He asserts that the removed content uncovered by hackers and data miners is, in fact, secretly embedded within the game itself. Furthermore, he traces the origins of this “parallel universe” concept to as far back as 1983, specifically in relation to the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES).

After a user said he was just insane, he replied:

I’m getting my day in court. How will you cope with the truth? I became insane, because it’s what Hidetaka Miyazaki wanted in the case of Bloodborne. He wanted players to break the shackles of humanity in the “Drained of Blood” interview.

As a dedicated gamer, I’ve got to share this interesting tidbit: There’s someone out there claiming they’re going to take legal action against FromSoft, as they believe there are parts of Elden Ring that are too challenging for the typical player.

Considering his posts, it might help you grasp his thoughts more distinctly if you take a moment to give them a read. And remember, keep that aluminum hat handy for good measure!

Definitely an interesting take on the whole gaming industry.

Could it be that game creators are keeping large amounts of hidden content within their games, hoping that players will eventually discover it?
