As a huge fan of the A Quiet Place franchise, I couldn’t help but get excited when I heard about the upcoming release of A Quiet Place: Day One. And with ComingSoon giving us an exclusive look into the special features of this highly-anticipated film, my excitement level reached new heights!
The team at ComingSoon is thrilled to share a unique sneak peek of bonus content from A Quiet Place: Day One, the upcoming home release for the hit thriller. This special feature will be available for purchase or rental digitally starting July 30, 2024. Later on, fans can add the 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, DVD, and limited edition 4K UHD SteelBook versions to their collections on October 8.
Michael Sarnoski showed great enthusiasm from the start. He painted a vivid picture for us, explaining, “Imagine if everyone was going downtown, as we had planned in A Quiet Place: Part II. But what if one person chose to go uptown? Someone going against the flow both physically and symbolically.” This thought struck me as incredibly potent and evocative. It brought to mind the terrible images of 9/11 – scenes so tragic and incomprehensible that they defy processing. In the world of A Quiet Place, with its alien invasion, such a cinematic contrast would be particularly striking.
As a film enthusiast with a deep appreciation for suspenseful and thought-provoking movies, I can’t help but be intrigued by the “A Quiet Place: Day One” special features clip. Having seen the original movie, I’m eager to delve deeper into the making of this masterpiece.

Who’s in the cast of A Quiet Place: Day One?
According to John Krasinski’s concept, the film “A Quiet Place: Day One” is helmed by Michael Sarnoski, renowned for his role in the widely praised 2021 movie “Pig.” In this production, Lupita Nyong’o portrays Sam, Joseph Quinn plays Eric, and Alex Wolff is cast as Reuben. Djimon Hounsou joins the team as Henry. Notably, he had previously featured in “A Quiet Place Part II” (2020), alongside Emily Blunt and Cillian Murphy.
