As a dedicated fan of My Sweet Mobster, I was completely engrossed in episode 14 that aired on JTBC and Viki on July 25, 2024. The latest installment brought new twists and turns to the already intriguing storyline.

In the fourteenteenth episode of “My Sweet Mobster,” which premiered on JTBC and Viki on July 25, 2024, Seo Ji-Hwan, played by Uhm Tae-Goo, and Go Eun-Ha, portrayed by Han Sun-Hwa, develop a stronger bond as Eun-Ha becomes aware of Ji-Hwan’s true background. Meanwhile, Joo Il-Young, acted by Kim Hyun-Jin, seeks the approval of Mi-Ho’s parents for her proposal of marriage.

As a gamer, I’ve noticed in My Sweet Mobster that Seo Tae-Pyeong, Ji-Hwan’s father and the mafia boss, is bringing together the old Bulldog gang members to cause chaos in Ji-Han’s tranquil world. Simultaneously, viewers witness Eun-Ha and Jae Chan planning a live event to commemorate Eun-Ha hitting ten thousand followers on her channel. However, at the end of the episode, Go Yang-Hee and his Cat Company goons ambush Eun-Ha.

In Episode 14 of My Sweet Mobster, the story continues immediately following the events of the last episode. After discovering that Seo Ji-Hwan (played by Uhm Tae-Goo) is actually someone she’s known all along, Go Eun-Ha (performed by Han Sun-Hwa) enjoys some intimate moments with him at his house. They engage in deep conversation late into the night, eventually drifting off to sleep together. The next morning, Eun-Ha surprves Ji-Hwan with a homemade drink and breakfast, bringing immense joy to him. However, the other residents of the house become aware of their relationship when they observe Ji-Hwan exiting Eun-Ha’s room.

Subsequently, Joo Il-Young (Kim Hyun-Jin) shares some exciting news with Ji-Hwan, Eun-Ha, and the rest of the group: He is going to become a father, and he intends to marry Ku Mi-Ho (Moon Ji-In) as they embark on this new journey together.

In that instant, Seo Ji-Hwan chooses to pay a visit to Ku Mi-ho’s home, bringing along Eun-Ha and Joo Il-Young. Their agenda: discussing Mi-ho and Il-young’s marriage plans with her parents. At first, Mi-ho’s father voices his disapproval, but eventually warms up to the idea. It appears that a wedding is imminent for the couple.

In episode 14 of “My Sweet Mobster,” Seo Ji-Hwan and Go Eun-Ha discuss marriage. Ji-Hwan admits he hasn’t given it much thought, leaving Eun-Ha feeling disappointed. Feeling remorseful, Ji-Hwan decides to buy a special gift for Eun-Ha as an apology. Unfortunately, he leaves the gift at his office. Despite this oversight, Ji-Hwan reassures Eun-Ha that he will remain by her side forever.

In episode 14 of My Sweet Mobster, Seo Tae-Pyeong, portrayed by Uhm Tae-Goo, plays the antagonist as he gathers former bulldog gang members. His intent is to disrupt Ji-Hwan’s (Seo Ji-Hwan) tranquil existence. Subsequently, he and his henchmen invade Ji-Hwan’s workplace with menace. They intimidate the employees, all of whom have criminal backgrounds, inciting them to abandon Ji-Hwan’s company and rejoin the bulldog gang. This serves as a means for Seo Tae-Pyeong to unsettle Ji-Hwan and lure him back under his control.

I find myself in a rather tense predicament as multiple employees have decided to leave, handing in their resignation letters to Seo Ji-Hwan. The reason for their hasty decision? Fear of Seo Tae-Pyeong, the mafia boss, leaving Ji-Hwan feeling overwhelmed and distressed. However, I recall an important commitment: attending Eun-Ha’s (Han Sun-Hwa) live children’s event, meticulously planned by her and Dong Hee (Jae Chan). With renewed determination, I hasten to make it there.

Near the conclusion of episode 14 in My Sweet Mobster, Eun-Ha manages to pull off the event with assistance from Dong Hee. Prosecutor Jang Hyun-Woo even shows up to check on her wellbeing. Post-event, Eun-Ha heads out to dispose of the garbage. Suddenly, Go Yang-Hee and his Cat Company goons surprise attack her.

When she let out a terrified scream, the prosecutor hurried towards her location to protect her. However, as he tried to fend off the attackers, he suffered fatal injuries. Upon witnessing his grave condition, Go Yang-Hee and his henchmen quickly retreated. In shock, Eun-Ha cradled him in her arms. The episode concludes with Seo Ji-Hwan’s arrival and finding Prosecutor Jang Hyun-Woo severely wounded.
