Approximately a month after Tom Harper was announced as the director for the upcoming Peaky Blinders film, written by its creator Steven Knight, Ferguson joined the project. Murphy and Knight will produce the movie along with Caryn Mandabach and Guy Heeley under BBC Film’s banner. The executive producers are Harper, David Kosse, Jamie Glazebrook, Andrew Warren, and David Mason.
