Get ready, as ComingSoon is thrilled to unveil the unique trailer for “The Midnight Gag.” This intriguing detective thriller, helmed by director Luc Ziann, promises a dark and suspenseful journey.
The movie tells the story of a clash between a tenacious private investigator, Travis Jackson, and a ruthless serial killer who mercilessly attacked Travis’ client. Travis, a well-regarded and seasoned detective, is struggling to cope with the lingering grief over his wife’s untimely death caused by an unsolved hit-and-run accident.
Currently seeing a new love interest, Jackson’s progress towards healing takes an unexpected hit when a young girl named Sofia reaches out to him for help. Having reservations, he eventually consents to looking into her claim that a stranger attacked her. As strange occurrences start unfolding, the question arises: Is Sofia’s assault the doing of a daring psychopath who sets deadly traps for his victims, or an intruder leaving behind chilling messages?
