As a die-hard wrestling fan, I have been fortunate enough to witness the meteoric rise of MJF in All Elite Wrestling over the past five years. His impact on the promotion has been nothing short of phenomenal, and his skillset both inside and outside the ring has earned him a place among the greats.
As a devoted gamer and avid fan of professional wrestling, I can’t help but be intrigued by the latest buzz surrounding MJF, the former AEW World Champion. The rumor mill is churning out stories about his potential future in WWE. Over the past five years, this charismatic powerhouse has built an impressive reputation for himself within All Elite Wrestling. It’s only natural that fans and critics alike are questioning what lies ahead for MJF in the world of wrestling entertainment.
MJF, a prominent figure in AEW, has been highly regarded by fans and wrestling industry veterans for his exceptional talent. During his tenure as one of the top stars in the promotion, he set the record for the longest world championship reign, holding the title for an impressive 406 days. Throughout this period, MJF showcased a diverse set of skills beyond his renowned mastery of the microphone. A notable example is his captivating match against Bryan Danielson at AEW Revolution, which received a remarkable rating of 5.75 stars.
During the past summer, he had an outstanding storyline with Adam Cole in our wrestling promotion. The climax of this captivating tale took place at Wembley Stadium where they co-headlined AEW All In. More recently, I’m proud to share that I emerged victorious in a thrilling 60-minute match on AEW Dynamite, securing the AEW International Championship from Will Ospreay.
MJF keeps grabbing attention with his impressive wrestling abilities, yet fans often ponder if he will eventually join the WWE team. Lately, NXT performer Lexis King, formerly known as Brian Pillman Jr in AEW, expressed his views on the potential of MJF joining the WWE’s roster.
Lexis King claims MJF can take anyone’s place in WWE
As a fan who has closely followed the world of professional wrestling for years, I must say that Lexis King’s entrance into WWE last September has been nothing short of exhilarating. His impact on the promotion has been noteworthy and surpasses his previous run in AEW. Recently, I had the pleasure of listening to him on Busted Open Radio, where he opened up about the ongoing cross-promotion efforts within WWE.
In his own words, he expressed, “I find it interesting and indifferent towards which acronym (TNA, ECW, AEW) you belong to. I hail from a distinct acronym in the past, but I don’t limit my perspective to any single roster. Instead, when considering pro wrestling, one must take into account the entire scene. There are talented individuals like MJF in AEW who have the potential to outshine anyone if they so choose.”
I see every faction member as a formidable opponent rather than labeling them as this or that. In my gaming world of wrestling, everyone is an adversary, including those waving TNA flags. If you’re encroaching upon my NXT territory, be prepared to step into the ring and duke it out. I’m not just the King of NXT; we’re all vying for these spots. Let’s put on our best shows and remember that we’re equals in this wrestling business. Let the best performer win!
In the meantime, MJF intends to remain a part of AEW for some time to come. The question remains whether the previous AEW World Champion will shift allegiance to WWE. Keep an eye out for further developments.
