As a dedicated gamer with years of experience under my belt, I’ve seen my fair share of rocky launches and disappointing games. But The First Descendant has managed to defy expectations and claw its way back from the depths with its impressive resilience.


After a rough start with numerous player criticisms during the first week, Nexon’s looter shooter game, The First Descendant, has been gradually recovering from its disappointing debut in the FPS genre. Although it has some distance to cover before rivaling the popularity of established games like Destiny 2 and Warframe, the game is making significant progress, having entered the top 5 for weekly active users on PlayStation, Xbox, and Steam.
