As a huge fan of both Marisol Correa and Pruitt Taylor Vince, I am beyond excited to see them in AppleTV’s new thriller series, “Lady in the Lake.” Their involvement in this highly-anticipated limited series is a testament to their exceptional acting skills and versatility.
Actors Marisol Correa and Pruitt Taylor Vince from “The Walking Dead” are featured in a new thrilling series on AppleTV called “Lady in the Lake.”
According to the 2019 novel by acclaimed author Laura Lippman, “Lady in the Lake” has been adapted into a 7-part series for AppleTV. This intriguing production is helmed by director Alma Har’el and boasts an impressive cast. Academy Award winner Natalie Portman takes on a leading role while also acting as executive producer. Emmy nominee Moses Ingram joins her in bringing this captivating story to life.
In Baltimore during Thanksgiving 1966, the mysterious vanishing of a young girl brings together the lives of two women: Maddie Schwarts (Portman), a Jewish homemaker seeking to confront her past by delving into investigative journalism, and Cleo Johnson (Ingram), a hardworking mother trying to provide for her family amidst the complexities of Black Baltimore. As Maddie becomes increasingly fixated on Cleo’s death, the safety of both families is threatened.
In addition to the lead actors, the show features Y’lan Noel, Brett Gelman, Byron Bowers, Noah Jupe, Josiah Cross, Mikey Madison, and Pruitt Taylor Vince in pivotal roles.

Marisol Correa
Through an Instagram post, Correa expressed her participation in the production and included a picture of herself in historical attire, expressing gratitude to all those involved.
Correa gained recognition for her part in “The Walking Dead,” playing a resident of Oceanside from seasons 7 to 11. Over the course of her acting career, she has taken on various roles. Notably, she was featured in “Lioness,” “Ghosted,” “We Own This City,” and “The Suicide Squad.”
Pruitt Taylor Vince
Pruitt Taylor Vince features in the show as Bob Bauer, a Baltimore-based journalist. He additionally announced his participation on Instagram.
In the world of “The Walking Dead” TV series, Vince has gained recognition for depicting the role of Otis during the second season. Meanwhile, Jon Bernthal’s character, Shane, made a selfless decision to give up his life in order to evade a massive group of walkers.
Vince has appeared in various roles recently such as Pa Kent in James Gunn’s new take on DC’s Superman, and he previously acted in shows including CBS’s “The Mentalist” as J.J. LaRoche, NBC’s “Heroes Reborn” as Casper Abraham, and HBO’s “True Blood” playing the character Finn.
