As a long-time WWE fan and avid gamer of the WWE 2K series, I’ve seen it all – the highs, the lows, and everything in between. But this latest twist in the saga of Rhea Ripley and Dominik Mysterio has left me utterly intrigued.
At the start of this week’s WWE Raw, Rhea Ripley, who was once the Women’s World Champion, issued a challenge to Liv Morgan. Suddenly, Dominik Mysterio appeared with a rose in hand, trying to get involved. However, Morgan unexpectedly showed up on the screen, interrupting him before he could say a word.
Morgan teased Ripley about her injury with a sarcastic tone, asking how her shoulder was doing. She went on to share her earlier intention of taking all that Ripley had, including Dominik, and even admitted to having grown fond of Dirty Dom.
Ripley informed Morgan that she believed Morgan was intimidated by her and proposed a WWE Women’s World Championship bout at SummerSlam. Surprised, Morgan agreed, asserting she wouldn’t back down and had changed since their past encounters.

After the previous part of the game concluded, I, Dominik Mysterio, attempted to explain my actions to Rhea Ripley, but she didn’t seem to care for my reasons. Later on in the broadcast, I ran into Damian Priest and inquired as to why he hadn’t warned me about Ripley the previous week. However, our conversation was disrupted by Jey Uso, who inquired whether Rhea Ripley was currently attached.
As a seasoned wrestling fan, I’ve seen countless backstage encounters that escalate tensions between rivals. Dominik Mysterio’s determination to prove himself against Jey was palpable in that scene, but his desperation was also evident.
Dominik Mysterio, clumsy and nervous, attempted to explain his behavior towards Rhea Ripley, insisting he wanted to make it clear to everyone, including Jey, that she was his. However, this comment infuriated Ripley, who angrily exited, leaving Dominik puzzled.
Rhea Ripley to Dominik Mysterio: ‘I’m not yours, you’re mine’
Dominik Mysterio and Jey Uso went head-to-head in an intense bout, trading hits. Just as Jey was about to dive off the rope for a splash, Liv Morgan intervened, yanking Dominik out of the ring before the move could land.
Dominik challenged Morgan’s behavior and requested that she departs, but unexpectedly, Uso struck Dominik, making him crash into Morgan. Swiftly, Morgan flipped him over and restrained him. Amidst the turmoil, Jey Uso executed a spear and a Uso Splash on “Dirty Dom,” securing the victory for himself. Rhea Ripley emerged to clash with Morgan, prompting her to escape among the spectators.
Following the game’s end, Dominik Mysterio limped along with his head throbbing in discomfort. Ripley approached him, expressing her need to clarify some confusion. She emphasized that she was not anyone’s property; instead, Mysterio belonged to her. With a black rose in hand, she departed, leaving Dirty Dom with a satisfied grin.
Rhea Ripley appears to take Dominik Mysterio back:
“I don’t belong to anyone. I’m not yours. You’re mine.”
