As a dedicated fan of The Finals, I have been eagerly anticipating the latest update 3.4.0. The excitement was palpable within the community as we welcomed numerous weapon buffs and nerfs, slight changes to game modes, and a plethora of fixes. However, my enthusiasm was soon dampened by reports of a frustrating new bug.
The Final Update 3.4.0 brought about significant modifications in the game, marking one of the most substantial changes since Season 3’s debut. This latest version introduced several weapon enhancements and tweaks, as well as minor adjustments to various game modes, and a long list of repairs. Most gamers have welcomed these improvements. However, some members of the community have expressed frustration over an unwanted issue they claim emerged after the update’s release. The Finals development team is actively working on resolving this newly reported bug.
I’ve been eagerly anticipating the latest update for my favorite game, Embark, and was looking forward to diving into the new features as soon as possible. However, it seems that Xbox console users, including myself, are in for a longer wait than expected. The update, which includes the much-awaited Emerald rank for Cashout in World Tour, is yet to be released. I’ve had my fair share of delays with game updates, and it can be frustrating, especially when there’s so much excitement surrounding the new additions. Microsoft has been under fire following Embark’s apology for the lengthy delay on Xbox consoles. While we wait, I’ll keep myself busy by replaying some old levels or catching up on other tasks, but my mind keeps wandering back to the Emerald rank and all the possibilities it brings. Hopefully, the update will be out soon, and we can all enjoy these new features together.
As an avid fan, I’m excitedly looking forward to the next update, and I, along with other PC gamers who play The Finals, eagerly hope that Embark will address the persistent aim-assist concerns we face while using controllers on our platforms soon.
The Finals devs are looking to fix aim assist bug
After The Finals update 3.4.0 was launched, PC gamers have been voicing concerns over a problematic aim assist glitch that affects mouse and keyboard controls. This issue has been discussed extensively on the game’s Discord server by concerned fans.
Reports of the aim assist bug emerged following the July 12th launch of update 3.4.0. Embark Oscar addressed these concerns on July 15th, inquiring if this problem affected solely controller users on PC or extended to PS5 gamers as well. Based on current information, it seems the issue is exclusive to PC.
To wrap up, Embark Oscar has brought up that he has addressed this issue with his team and will provide any new information in this thread.
I’m disappointed to report that there isn’t a specific timeframe for when the aim assist glitch will be addressed by the developers. However, I’m reassured to know that they are actively working on a solution and have acknowledged the issue. It’s hopeful that it could get resolved this week, but it might take a bit longer, perhaps up to two weeks.
