Chromia to Incentivize Users with 250,000 CHR Tokens via Testing Program

As an analyst with a background in blockchain technology and experience in analyzing various projects, I find Chromia’s incentivized testing program to be an intriguing initiative that could potentially attract a large and diverse community of users. The offering of 250,000 CHR tokens up for grabs is a significant incentive for individuals to contribute to the security and success of the network.

Chromia, a platform for building decentralized applications using relational blockchain technology, is readying its incentivized testing program. This initiative provides an opportunity for 250,000 CHR tokens to be won by participants, motivating them to help secure and ensure the network’s success. Important to note, this testnet launch serves as a precursor to the mainnet debut, which has previously been announced to take place later in the year.

In a press release shared with Coinspeaker, Alex Mizrahi, co-founder of Chromia stated:

“Users are warmly welcomed to discover our groundbreaking platform via this rewarding trial experience.”

Initiatives of Chromia’s Testing Program

The program encompasses three distinct projects, each functioning on separate networks that run Chromia’s mainnet release candidate. This setup enables thorough testing and offers various users an opportunity to experiment with the initial version of the Chromia Vault wallet.

Starting from June 11, the program will commence with HackNet and ProjectNet as its initial projects. HackNet is designed for coding enthusiasts and tech-savvy individuals, who will be tasked with examining Chromia’s fundamental software to uncover any weaknesses or vulnerabilities. This project will draw to a close on June 28, coinciding with the completion of Trail of Bits’ external audit. The top performers in HackNet can potentially earn rewards worth up to 100,000 CHR, equivalent to approximately $31,000 based on the current market value.

ProjectNet offers an opportunity for developers to delve into Rell’s capabilities as a programming language designed for blockchain with relational functionality. Newcomers to Rell are also welcome to participate in the testing phase. The Demo dApp Contest welcomes developers from both Web2 and Web3 backgrounds, providing them with a platform to exhibit their talents. Submissions encompassing various forms, ranging from innovative new projects to clever adaptations of pre-existing applications, are accepted.

As a researcher studying the Chromia platform, I can share that a team of six individuals from Chromia, consisting of development, business development, and marketing sectors, will be responsible for choosing the successful ProjectNet dApps. The last date for receiving submissions is set for July 26th. The top three chosen dApps will then receive a collective reward of 50,000 CHR from the prize pool.

The last of our three projects, QuestNet, is set to debut on June 18th without a definitive end date. Designed for regular users, this initiative offers a simple and intuitive control panel for engaging with essential network features such as Chromia Vault and selected dApps. A total reward pool of 100,000 CHR tokens is available for participants.

As a researcher studying the rewards system, I’ve discovered that the specific rules for receiving rewards have yet to be disclosed. Nevertheless, I strongly advise regularly participating in quests, keeping an eye on your dashboard, and staying updated with social media announcements to increase your chances of earning maximally.

What Chromia Stands to Achieve

The testing program is specifically crafted to evaluate Chromia’s versatility in diverse domains such as gaming, Real-World Asset (RWA) management, digital collectibles, and sports industries.

Chromia sets itself apart from other platforms with its unique horizontal scaling capability, enabling it to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and support high-performance gaming decentralized applications (dApps). A noteworthy demonstration of Chromia’s commitment is My Neighbour Alice, the flagship game, which delivers an engaging virtual world experience.

In the end, Chromia’s modular design and relational blockchain technology offer significant promise for revolutionizing the way dApps are built and experienced by users.
