The LA Kings has unveiled a limited-edition Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory – LA Kings Edition merch line honoring 2Pac and his legacy.
Initially released on March 15 at the LA Kings vs. Nashville Predators game, pieces from the collection are now available online. The collab features a T-shirt with a graphic of Tupac sporting his LA Kings cap, which was originally photographed by Peter Darley Miller in 1991. Also joining the capsule are a co-branded crewneck sweatshirt and a New Era 9FIFTY cap similar to that of Miller’s photograph, which was recreated by Interscope and New Era. Closing out the collection is a pressed on Kings-colored black and silver vinyl of the beloved album.
On top of the apparel, the Kings selected the Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory single “To Live & Die in LA” to be played at all the team’s home games at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles. Originally released in November 1996 shortly after his death, the album was released under his Makaveli alter ego and has since been certified multi-platinum.
Check out the collab above. The Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory – LA Kings Edition collection is available now via the official 2Pac, Interscope and Team LA webstores.
