In 28 Degrees Celsius, we follow the story of Anjali, a young medical student, who falls for Karthik and gets married. However, their happiness is cut short when Anjali receives a diagnosis of a rare illness. The treatment she needs can only be found in Georgia.

With the resolve to save her, Karthik escorts Anjali overseas. However, fate cruelly turns when Anjali meets an untimely end during medical care.
