Over the upcoming weekend, you’ll likely encounter terms like Masters, Seniors, and Juniors quite frequently. These labels signify the three unique age categories participating in the competition. Here’s a breakdown of each age group:

  • Masters Division – Born in 2007 or earlier
  • Senior Division – Born anytime from 2008-2011
  • Junior Division – Born in 2012 or later

In both the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) and Video Game Championship (VGC), there are divisions for Masters, Seniors, and Juniors. On the other hand, Pokémon GO and Pokémon Unite do not differentiate with separate age categories.
